Monika Zietkowska is a Polish furniture and interior designer based in New York. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, she brings a European design sensibility shaped by strong foundations in proportion, craft, and architectural thinking, refined through years of professional experience in New York’s design and construction environment.

Her work is defined by a quiet contemporary language of form, guided by proportion, materiality, and thoughtful detail. Balancing tradition and modernity, she embraces an eclectic approach that values contrast, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

Since moving to New York, Monika has worked alongside high-end residential teams across the New York metropolitan area, specializing in custom millwork, furniture detailing, technical documentation, and design visualization. This experience has given her a strong understanding of how thoughtful design is translated into built form.

In 2023, she founded Monika Zietkowska Design LLC, focusing on bespoke furniture and interior design tailored to the individual needs of each client.
